Who we are. ONI Detailing is a mobile car detailing business in Staffordshire. Contact: onidetailing26@gmail.com.

What we collect. When you book or message us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, address and postcode, vehicle details, preferred date and any message or photos.

Why. To price and arrange your booking, carry out the work and keep reasonable records of it. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Your postcode. The booking form works out your travel distance inside your browser, using postcode location data published with this website. Your postcode is not sent anywhere until you send the booking.

Who handles it. Bookings reach us through the services we use to receive them, such as our form provider, our automation tool, email, WhatsApp and website hosting. If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those services also process your message under their own policies. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Cookies. We use Google Ads to measure which of our adverts lead to bookings. Google only sets advertising cookies if you click Accept on our cookie notice. If you click Reject, or do nothing, it does not. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We also keep small notes in your browser so the gift card pop-up only shows once and your cookie choice is remembered; these are not used for advertising.

How long. We keep booking and job details for as long as we need them to deal with your booking and any work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
