This Mercedes C-Class bonnet was covered in wash swirls. A single stage machine polish took them out and brought the depth back into the black.
Machine polishing levels the clear coat a few microns at a time. We inspect the paint first, start with the gentlest pad and polish that works, and only step up when the paint needs it. If a scratch has gone through the clear coat, we tell you before we start.

How is my price worked out?
Your price depends on the service, the size of your car and how far you are from our base in WS6. Enter your details on the booking form and it shows your full price, travel included, before you send anything. We confirm the final price once we have seen the paint.
Do you need my water or power?
No. The van carries its own water. We just need room to work around the car.
Do I need a polish before a ceramic coating?
On a used car, yes. A coating seals in whatever is underneath it, swirls included. Polish + Ceramic corrects the paint first. New Car Ceramic is for new or near-perfect paint that only needs light prep.
Single stage or two stage?
A single stage polish brings back the gloss and removes lighter swirls and wash marks. Two stage adds a compounding step first for deeper defects. We recommend one once we have seen the paint.
What if it rains?
We work outdoors, so we move the booking for rain, frost or temperatures under 4°C. We decide by 7am on the day and tell you straight away. Your deposit moves to the new date, or we refund it if none of the new dates suit you. A garage or carport makes your booking much less likely to move.
How much is the deposit?
It depends on the booking total and is shown with your price on the booking form. It comes off the final bill.
Can you maintain a coating I already have?
Yes. A ceramic maintenance detail is from £120. Message us on WhatsApp to book one.
Will ceramic coating stop scratches?
No. It protects the finish and makes the car much easier to keep clean, but it is not scratch-proof and still needs careful washing.
