How it works
- Choose a package and their car size
- Pay securely and add a personal message
- They text us their gift card code to book – we come to them
Gift card terms
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Covers the named package for the vehicle size bought. If the vehicle is larger than the size bought, the difference is paid on the day, using the current size guide.
- Travel charges (over 10 miles) and condition surcharges are not included and are payable on the day.
- The Christmas bonus (free engine-bay detail) is included when the card is used during its validity.
- Bookings are subject to availability. No deposit is needed, as the package is already paid for.
- Our Cancellation & No-Show and Weather & Rescheduling policies apply. A no-show may be charged the £25 trip fee before the card can be rebooked.
- Gift cards can be passed on to anyone, but cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other offers.
- If you bought your card online, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days for a full refund, as long as it hasn't been used. After that, gift cards are non-refundable.
- Lost cards can be replaced if we can confirm the purchase from our records.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
